This course is designed to introduce medical terms to students who have little prior knowledge of the language of medicine. On completion of this course you will be able to name and identify components of medical terms, associate medical terms with their anatomical position and understand an indicative range of medical words relating to each of the body systems.
Course Administration
This courses provide a complete study guide to the topic. It is not tutored. The course will take you about 4 hours to complete. You will need to listen to the presentations and read the course content and online required readings while you fill out your Workbook, or do other written activities. The course has self-test quizzes (not recorded), other interactive activities, and a final multiple choice quiz to be completed. You will be enrolled into this course for either one month from the date of your enrollment, or until you have successfully completed it, whichever comes first. When you have completed the course, email the Health e-Learning Administrator and your Certificate will be emailed to you. AccreditationIBLCE has indicated that completion of this courses fulfils the pre-exam requirement for candidates who need to document introductory education in this topic.
