- What information is collected?
- Health e-Learning collects no information from our visitors without expressed consent. This is limited to name and email, and that's only when you sign up for our Newsletter.
- How will the information be used?
- We'll email our Newsletter to you. Rarely, we may send you a survey or notify you of a special promotion - but this doesn't happen very often (ie. less than twice a year, if that!)
- How will the information be saved? How is it protected? Who will see it?
- Your details are entered into our student management database. Only Health e-Learning administrators are allowed permission to view our database. WebValence is our Newsletter service provider. They have a Code of Ethics and Privacy Statement which also precludes them from using the email addresses for any function other than sending out our Newsletters.
- Will the personal information ever be disclosed? shared? sold?
- Never. No way. Not a chance.
- When personal information is submitted by a person, is there an implied consent granted? If so, what is implied?
- By signing up for our Newsletter, you imply consent to receive the newsletter via email (so please make sure you add us to your 'friends' list to stop your spam filter rejecting our Newsletter).
- What other information (for example, demographic information) may be kept, used, and shared?
- The only pieces of information kept are those supplied by you. As we've said, it will never be disclosed, sold or shared with any other parties.
