Melanie has explored many levels of the Canadian health care system as a perinatal health nurse after she graduated from McGill University in 1997. She has been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2000 and is currently living with her family in British Columbia, Canada. She is passionate about the circulation of knowledge to assure that the lactating population is receiving the best care. Melanie also has at heart that aspiring lactation professionals can study in their own language which is why, for many years, she has been involved with the educational services offered in French.
